Battlefield 3 fans have been waiting for the chance to try out Battlefield 3 and after a long wait they finally can. Starting on September 29th, 2011 the Battlefield 3 Open Beta goes live on PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360. It will end on October 10th, just fifteen days before the official launch.
If you’re an owner of Medal of Honor Limited Edition you’ll be able to get into the Open Beta two days prior on September 27th, 2011. The same goes for if you pre-ordered the game through Origin, EA’s new online PC store.
The Beta will feature the gamemode “Rush” and will be playable in the map “Operation Metro”. We were lucky enough to play the Alpha build of Battlefield 3 back in August and believe us, you’re in for quite the treat.
